If fits perfectly across my neck and my back and has 2 handles on it so you can easily hold it from each side while you are using it. The heads to pop off and on so be careful if you go to grab it that way. It has different speeds so that you can easily change the intensity. It is strong and feels great on any sore parts of your body. The only downside I would say about it is that it doesn’t seem to stay charged as long as I would like. I feel like I have to charge it every time I go to use it, other than that- this is great.
